While still a few months off, New Jersey kids Real Estate give us something to look forward to this fall with the release of their new album, Days, in October.
The band spent the early part of this year recording, and has made the leap to Domino for the follow-up to their self-titled Woodsist album from 2009.
Just this week, the band wrapped up a monthlong summer tour across the US (& Canada), along with Dent May.
During the District leg of the tour, the band stopped through the Red Palace. There they treated a captive crowd to a number of new tunes, and did a pretty great job of getting us all amped up for the new record.
Check out a few songs from the Red Palace performance above.
